I'm Jan Yang — a pricing strategist and author who has spent years helping companies, from early-stage startups to established enterprises, rethink how they charge for their products and services.

Most businesses leave money on the table not because their product isn't good, but because their pricing doesn't communicate its true value. That's where I come in.

My work sits at the intersection of economics, psychology, and business strategy. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks — every engagement is tailored, direct, and built to drive real results. I've published 10 books on pricing and regularly share insights on LinkedIn.
